Euterpe is, in Greek mythology, the muse of Music.
Euterpe Cultural is an agency for artistic initiatives in Latin America and Europe.
The goal is to make purpose-driven cultural projects a reality, managing all stages from development and production to financial reporting for cultural products in various formats.
The agency focuses on forecasting and organizing productive processes, aiming to strengthen artistic presence by structuring ideas and connecting projects to key collaborators and sponsors.
The work is rooted in the mission to bridge the gap between independent creative excellence and the resources necessary to sustain it - ensuring that opera and music projects reach wider audiences while preserving the core values of the art form.

ABOUT ME
JÚLIA ANTUNES-REQUIÃO
I am a creative producer passionate about opera and the world of live performance. I enjoy organizing processes and seeing productions come to life. I value spontaneity and responsibility in all professional relationships, and I understand that being dynamic is essential in this field.
With a Bachelor's degree in Voice from Villa-Lobos Institute (UNIRIO-2019), I have been involved in the performing arts since I was 17 years old. I am a trained stage lighting technician (IATEC, 2016) and took part in the first edition of the Management Program at Sala Cecília Meireles (2021), in Rio de Janeiro, my hometown.
Since November 2025, I have been living in Italy to attend the Master Executive in Sponsoring and Fundraising for the Performing Arts at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, aiming to dedicate myself to the challenge of bringing ideas to life through the development of resource acquisition strategies.
Since 2018, I have worked as a cultural producer for a wide range of artistic events, including public and private performances by chamber groups, symphony orchestras, winter music festivals and opera productions. These have taken place at important stages and venues in my country, such as Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro, Cidade das Artes, Theatro São Pedro, and Sala São Paulo.
Currently, I work as an associate agent at ArteMatriz, where I represent a roster of approximately 40 opera singers, in liaison with prominent opera houses and orchestras in 7+ countries.
Additionally, I provide consulting services through Euterpe Cultural on project development, leveraging extensive practice with Brazilian cultural incentive laws and public grants to support artists and non-profit organizations.
SERVICES
We manage cultural projects through a seamless integration of the architectural phase for viability and compliance, the conceptual phase for back-office and artistic selection, and the execution phase for logistics and operational delivery.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Structuring of cultural projects for tax incentive laws, public grants, and private sponsorship, ensuring full regulatory and financial alignment, including the development of internal processes for cultural investment and project selection.
Research, selection, and production of artistic performances for institutional events, private sessions and brand-aligned activations, providing back-office management and curation for both artists and corporate clients.
EVENT PRODUCTION
Strategic planning, budget management, and operational oversight for concert seasons, tours, and festivals, providing executive coordination, logistics, and internal process development from initial design to final delivery and financial reporting.
